Find a time that works for everyone
A free group scheduling poll with unlimited time options and unlimited participants. Pick your days, share one link, and watch the votes come in.
A free group scheduling poll with no sign-up and no limits
Availabl is a free group availability poll for finding a meeting time. Create the poll, share one link, and let everyone mark the times that work. There is no account wall, no cap on options or participants, and the link stays live until you delete it.
Why teams switch from Doodle
Doodle's free plan limits you to five time options and puts ads in front of voters. Availabl polls are built as an unlimited Doodle alternative: every feature is included, for free.
| Feature | Availabl | Doodle (free) |
|---|---|---|
| Time options per poll | Unlimited | 5 on the free plan |
| Participants | Unlimited | Limited on free |
| Account required | No | Required to create |
| Poll links expire | Never | Yes, unless you upgrade |
| Ads on the voting page | None | Yes on free |
| Maybe / if-need-be votes | Included | Paid extra |
| Automatic timezone conversion | Yes | Limited |
How a group availability poll works
- 1
Add the times you are considering
Give the poll a title, pick the days, and set the time slots for each one. You can add as many options as you need.
- 2
Share one link with your group
Copy the public link. Anyone can open it and vote, no account required. You also get a private organizer link to manage the poll.
- 3
Watch votes come in and pick a time
Live tallies show which slots work for the most people. Lock it in, then delete the poll whenever you are done.
Group poll questions
Is Availabl's group scheduling poll free?
Yes. Creating a poll, adding unlimited time options, and collecting unlimited responses are all free. There is no ad-supported voting page and no paid upgrade required to keep a poll online.
Do I need an account to create or vote on a poll?
No. Anyone can create a poll and anyone with the link can vote, without signing up. An account is optional and only exists so you can keep your polls together across devices.
How is this different from Doodle?
Availabl polls do not cap the number of time options or participants, links never expire, and there are no ads or upsells on the voting page. Timezones convert automatically for every participant, and optional maybe votes and voting deadlines are included at no cost.
Do poll links expire?
No. A poll stays up until the organizer deletes it. There is no automatic expiration and no need to renew or upgrade to keep the link working.
How do timezones work in a group availability poll?
You create the poll in your own timezone. Each participant sees those same slots converted to their local timezone, so nobody has to do the math or ask what time that is for them.
Can I close voting after a deadline?
Yes. You can set an optional closing time when you create the poll, or later from the organizer controls. After that moment nobody can add or change a response except the organizer.
Will my poll show up in Google search?
No. Individual polls are public to anyone who has the link, but they are marked so search engines do not index them. Share the link with your group instead of relying on search.
Chat with your calendar to replace "Here's my scheduling link"
with "Here's my availability"
Keep scheduling conversations actually conversational. Ask about your open slots, check specific times, and share answers in plain English.
Ask "when am I free next week?" and get an answer you can paste into any thread.
Share times across zones without mental math or back-and-forth clarifications.
Keep scheduling conversations actually conversational instead of endless email chains.
